After deciding to move ahead with the purchase of a property, the seller agreement is drafted and financing needs to be arranged. During this period we will manage the process of preparing all contractual documents with you.
Transfer > > >
Contracts are signed at the notary and the legal ownership of the property is transferred into your name. The keys are handed over and after physical inspection, the final payments are done and the sale is final.
After delivering the property to you, the process does not end for us. We will remain to be in contact to ensure you enjoy your investment to the fullest. We can support you in renting out the property or make arrangement to fully outsource this process for you.
